Please read these Official Rules carefully. By entering the Aerterra “Win Clean Air + a $100 Home Depot Gift Card” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Aerterra Inc. (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 26, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 24, 2025 (“Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Aerterra, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, and child, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter during the Entry Period:

   Complete the entry form by providing your first and last name, a valid email address, and any other required information.

   Submit the form by 11:59 PM ET on October 24, 2025, to be entered into the drawing.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around October 25, 2025. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

PRIZES

The prize includes:

No cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor may disqualify any entry suspected of violating these Official Rules or attempting to interfere with the Sweepstakes.

By entering, you grant Aerterra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your entry content (including tagged comments or shared media) for promotional purposes.

RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, partners, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize.

DISPUTES

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Florida. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
