Please read these Official Rules carefully. By entering the Aerterra “Free Year of Filters” Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Aerterra Inc. (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 5, 2025 (“Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Aerterra, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, and child, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter during the Entry Period:

1. Visit the official Giveaway entry page at https://aer-terra.com/pages/giveaway-entry.
   
2. Complete the entry form by providing your first and last name, a valid email address, and any other required information.
   
3. Submit the form by 11:59 PM ET on September 5, 2025 to be entered into the drawing.

By entering, you may receive email marketing from Aerterra. You may unsubscribe at any time.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around September 6, 2025. Winners will be notified via direct message from the official @Aerterra Instagram account. Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize. If a selected winner does not respond in time, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

PRIZES

Each winner will receive one (1) Free One-Year Air Filter Subscription from Aerterra, including four (4) seasonal filter deliveries. Approximate retail value (ARV): $80.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes: $240.00.

No cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor may disqualify any entry suspected of violating these Official Rules or attempting to interfere with the Giveaway. By entering, you grant Aerterra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your entry content (including tagged comments or shared media) for promotional purposes.

RELEASE

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, partners, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.

DISPUTES

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Florida. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
